Check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. If you'd like to arrive earlier or leave later, just let us know. We'll work something out.
Yes, there are about 30 free parking spaces available for our guests in the Schlosshotel’s courtyard—convenient and close to the entrance. If all spaces in the courtyard are occupied, you can park in the Heuscheuer underground parking garage: directly beneath the Schlosshotel at a special rate of €5.00 per day.
Yes, our extensive breakfast buffet is included in the room rate.
You're very welcome. The pool, sauna, and fitness area are available to you free of charge during your stay.
Your four-legged friend is welcome to stay with us in select rooms. Please let us know when you book that you’ll be traveling with your dog, and we’ll make the necessary arrangements.
